Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance is a game I sure many 3DS owners are looking forward to and just look at these shots! They look spectacular! Nomura did an interview in the latest Nintendo Power you can find a transcribed copy of it here. The game is set be released on December 31st 2012, chances are we’ll have way more information come the time of E3.
With Kid Icarus: Uprising due out on March 23rd new details all launching left and right. Nintendo today has revealed more detail about the different multiplayer modes that will be available.
Resident Evil: Revelations succeeds where other RE titles have disappointed. The game seems to take a hybrid form from the traditional survival horror and the newer action-paced Resident Evil games. It will make you jump within it’s ghostship atmosphere, but as you progress through the main story you’ll find it losing that feel or who knows maybe your just becoming braver.
When the 3DS was announced Kid Icarus was the ‘big bang’ title. The title that brought the hype to the system, little did we imagine the game wouldn’t actually be launched until March 2012, almost a year after the system’s launch. Makes you wonder is it the game worth waiting for?
Welcome back to the OpPod! In all technicalities, this should be our 6th podcast, but we had some rather annoying technical difficulties. BUT WE’RE BACK! New episodes every Sunday, with the occasional group review on Wednesdays!
In this Episode of the OpPod we let our minds wander through news, rumors, and potential zombie apocalypse!
We were joined this week by some members of Team Op and some new friends:
and I was there too, duh
Recently, I decided it was time to get with it, so I went down and picked up a copy of Mario Kart 7. The main reason it took this long to pick the game up is that I’ve been busy busting through Mario Kart on the Wii. So, in a way you could say I was done with getting Blue Shelled to the face, and losing first place at the last possible second.
I currently don’t have a lot of friends who have 3ds, and those who do have yet to pick up the game as well. But I had some money for one game, and it was Mario Kart, Starfox 64, or Super Mario 3D Land. I narrowed it down easily! I’ve already waited so long for Starfox, and a price drop may be just around the corner, and while I hear wonderful things about Super Mario 3D Land it’s a short game. Plus, I found out the street team in my area is fairly active and I’d like a nice multiplayer title for when I actually go to a meetup.
On to my actual impression
For those of you in school about to deal with the harshness that is Finals Week, I wish you luck. I’ve been there many times and I’m about to be there again.
It seems like every year black friday gets bigger and bigger as consumers start looking for better/crazier deals on high-priced items. I’ll admit I’ve always had my luck on the day, but this year I just don’t know. Most stores are opening up way to early and instead of just riding down a few hours before hand, there are people camped out at the store for days. Personally, there’s not too many deals that would have me doing that. I’d rather take my chances online. Where the crowds are nice and I won’t end up battered and bruised. This isn’t to say I’m not still going to be going down to a store, I will, just not for my major items.
